Domestic Shipping: Shift in Season offers efficient and low-cost domestic delivery within the United States via USPS. Domestic orders arrive within 1-7 business days depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. All orders placed during the business week, prior to 2 PM, are processed and shipped the same day if in stock.
Orders made over the weekend or after 2 PM that are in stock ship the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number once a shipping label is created. All U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and exterior provinces) orders over $200 are eligible for free standard shipping, no discount code is required.
International Shipping: International shipping options are available for all countries. International orders arrive within 7-14 business days depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Gift Options: If you are purchasing merchandise as a gift and would like items sent to a person other than yourself, please check the gift option at checkout. Customizable notes can be included as well as a gift receipt.
Tracking: You can trace the status of delivery with the tracking number automatically emailed to you after the order ships. U.S. customers can track packages via USPS here. International customers can track their packages using the tracking system on their selected couriers’ website.

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Shift in Season offers a convenient return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review the following return policy to determine if an item is eligible for return.
Products Eligible For Return:
All unwashed, undamaged, and tagged (or sealed) apparel, accessories, and home merchandise are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. A thorough inspection will be conducted by our staff for any visible signs of wear or damage.
If there is a manufacturing issue with any item that may prevent you from efficiently using it, please email email@example.com and we will provide a complimentary shipping label and either issue a refund or exchange the item for the exact same style. This manufacturing return or exchange must be done within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned or exchanged in the same custom packaging the order was received in.
After a thorough inspection, Shift in Season will immediately refund your bank. You will be notified of the payment return via email. Depending on the bank, customers can expect to see funds appear approximately 2–10 business days after the original refund. Please note the original cost of shipping paid by the customer will not be returned to your account.
Products Not Eligible For Exchanges or Refunds
All collars and chokers, gift cards, pre-order items, and sale items are final sales, meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, items that do not pass our return inspection will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. In the event that an item is not accepted, you will be notified via email and responsible for arranging a courier to collect the damaged merchandise Shift in Season at your own cost.
We do not accept returns for items that were marked at checkout as gifts. Gifted goods can only be exchanged in return for a Gift Card or store credit containing the full amount of the order (minus the shipping). If an order was gifted to you without being marked at checkout and the return meets our policy, a full refund will be sent back to the person’s card that purchased the item.
Customers living within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) are eligible to receive free standard shipping returns. If you are interested in returning an item email ra@shiftinseason and a member of our team will provide a complimentary return shipping label. Once you receive the digital label, print it out and affix it to the original packaging the order was received in.
You must arrange the collection of your package or drop it off at your local USPS location within 14 days of receiving the original order.
Customers living outside of the U.S. are also eligible to return merchandise purchased from our site within 14 days of receiving the original order, however, unfortunately, Shift in Season is unable to cover the cost of return or provide a shipping label. If you are an international customer interested in returning an item you must purchase your own shipping label and arrange collection of your package or drop it off at you courier’s closest drop off location within 14 days of receiving the original order.
Prior to purchasing a return label, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm that the order is eligible for return, and after it’s booked, please provide us with the tracking number. We suggest that you purchase shipping insurance and carefully track your international return, as we are not responsible for making sure the item is safely returned back into our possession.
Items purchased between Dec 1-Dec 24 may be returned within 30 days of receipt. General domestic and international return policies will still apply. No other dates throughout the year will honor this holiday return extension.

Shift in Season accepts a wide range of safe and efficient payment options through Shopify’s secure payment channel. All Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards are accepted. Additional payment options include PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and AfterPay (a convenient secure payment plan).
Sitewide offers and promotions will be automatically applied at checkout unless otherwise specified. Only one promotional code can be used at a time. Discount codes cannot be applied to items already marked down or on promo. If you are using a discount or gift card code please input the code at checkout to apply the promotion or credits.
Funds are not deducted from your account until your order is ready to ship (unless you pre-order an item). A pending amount may appear on your billing statement immediately after placing your order as a measure to authorize your card. The amount will not be processed until the time of shipment; any pending amounts will be updated or removed. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your payment method after an order is placed.
Customers who place orders in person at our VIP showroom appointments or pop-up shops, will have access to the same payment options via our card reader or have the opportunity to pay in cash.

Shift in Season assigns sizes to each garment according to the below size charts. Sizes are displayed based on U.S. standards of measurement. For any additional sizing information about a specific garment, including the size shown on the model and fit suggestions, please refer to the individual product description listed under the specific garment.
